Key Points with Detailed Guidelines (Notification-35)
General Requirements:
* Internship is mandatory for all Regular and Non-Collegiate undergraduate students under NEP 2020 (implemented from session 2023).
* Students of Semester V and Semester VI must complete their Internship by 31 May 2026.
* The total duration of the Internship must be 120 hours.
* Every college must appoint a Nodal Officer to supervise and manage the Internship process.
* Students must register for Internship at their respective college or examination form collection center.
Detailed Process (As per Notification-35):
* Students must follow the prescribed process and guidelines mentioned in University
Notification-35.
* Students should contact their respective college (Regular) or examination form collection center (Non-Collegiate) for Internship-related information.
* Internship may be completed in Government, Private, Semi-Government organizations, or NGOs. Colleges may sign MoUs with such institutions.
* Before registration, students must obtain an Offer Letter from the Internship-providing organization.
* Approval must be taken from the college Nodal Officer before final registration.
* After completing 120 hours, students must submit the Internship completion certificate to the concerned college/center.
* If the Internship is not completed within the prescribed time, the marksheet/result will not be issued.
